Information about microchip registration

A created account is used for electronic registration of a dog, cat, or ferret.

No account is required to search for microchips.

Chip with paid registration

Applies only to microchips registered by Animal ID, s.r.o. and delivered as microchips registered to the first owner.

The company Animal ID s.r.o. cooperates with the Register of Animals and Objects. As a result, chips purchased are registered to the first owner. The price of these microchips includes the basic registration in the Register of Animals and Objects. This means that after implantation by the distributor, the chip can be registered without the need to pay a registration fee according to the published price list.

Microchip registration

Electronic registration requires a functional e-mail address to which the data necessary to activate the user account will be sent. An account will be created on our server - you will choose a username and password to log in. With your profile, you can then register multiple animals, add records of found/lost/overloaded animals, or post puppies/kittens for sale, etc. For each animal, you may also publish a photograph for an additional fee according to the price list.

How to check if my microchip is registered to the first owner

Go to the search page, enter the microchip code, retype the control text from the image, and click the search button. If the microchip is registered to the first owner, the following information will be displayed: Microchip registered to the first owner. If this information is not displayed, the microchip is not registered in the Register and a separate registration fee must be paid.

How to add data to a microchip registered to the first owner

The procedure is the same as with a standard registration. After entering the microchip code registered to the first owner, information will be displayed that the microchip is registered to the first owner and the registration is free of charge. A photo can be added to the registration of the microchip to the first owner, adding a photo is no longer free of charge. The price is available in the price list.
